Bring clients to what Qiksy sells and keep a share of every payment: 50% of subscriptions — recurring, 10–20% of custom builds. It works — you get paid. It doesn’t — nobody loses anything.

Recurring — you keep earning every year the client stays. Paid once the money clears. Illustrative at list price; your actual mix and plans vary. The figure above is already net of the 7.5% processing-and-tax fee, so it is what lands in your panel.

Where does the code come from?

It is derived from your account. When you register (name + email + phone), we build your short referral code from your identity — no one else can claim it, and you can’t lose it: log in again with the same email + phone and the exact same code comes back. It rides in every referral link. First touch wins — whoever opens your link first is tied to your code — and the owner sees each code’s clients / payments / commission in the admin.

Register a client

Brought a client for a custom Ops project (the one thing not auto-tracked)? Register them here. It reaches the owner’s Telegram at once and the client is bound to your code in the admin, so your first written introduction is on record.

Registering for: Qiksy Assist

This product is tracked automatically — just share the link on the left; no need to register. (Assist, Qiksy Offer, Travel and QA Copilot are all auto-tracked.)

Your link works across every tool at once

It is not a "link to one product". The code attaches to the person, not the page, and stays with them wherever they go next.

  1. 1Someone opens your link — the home page or a specific product page, it does not matter. Their browser remembers your code for 60 days.
  2. 2From there they roam every tool freely: Assist, Qiksy Offer, Travel, QA Copilot, Pay. All of it is one site, so every tool sees the code — they never have to follow your link again.
  3. 3They buy any of it, and the code rides along with the payment onto their licence. Renewals stay yours too.
  4. 4First touch wins: if they later arrive through someone else’s link, they are still yours — for the whole 60 days.

Verified in the code: the link is captured in all 11 Qiksy apps, and appended to checkout on every paid product.

Custom projects: paid for what you actually did

Ops sells in a conversation, not from a checkout, so the share follows the role. The quote is fixed before we start, and everything is a share of it.

  • Finder — you brought the lead, we do the rest10% of the quote, minimum $50
  • Full cycle — you sold it and carry the client20% of the quote
  • Plus project management — scope, deadlines, the client30% of the quote
  • Ops retainer — you brought them and keep them10% of the monthly fee while the client is active, up to 24 months

Development is paid at a rate or a fixed sum per module, never as a percentage. The reason is simple: on a fixed-price project a percentage for delivery puts every overrun on us and none of it on the person doing the work.

All roles together are capped at 40% of the quote. A lead always has ONE owner in the system — that is what keeps payout day free of arguments. How the money splits between people is recorded at payout, in one line.

Not shipping yet: today the link collects the early-access list, and the founding price ($79/yr, locked for good) is what makes people leave an address rather than bookmark the page. macOS is signed and notarised; Windows is in progress — so line up QA teams and agencies now, but do not promise anyone an install this week.

Three prices, half of each after the 7.5% processing-and-tax fee: founding $79/yr for the first hundred buyers pays you ≈$37 — and it pays again every year they renew, because that price is locked to them for good; the public $99/yr pays ≈$46; a Team seat is $149/yr, minimum two, so the smallest team sale pays ≈$138 and a five-person QA department pays ≈$345. Where the money is: one QA department beats six individual testers, and the person to reach is the lead who signs the tooling budget, not the tester. Every plan also carries QA Copilot Pro at no extra cost — that is an argument, not a discount: it does not change what you are paid.

The installer is not published yet: today the link collects a waiting list, and Care is charged from the day the build ships. Perfect time to line up associations and rehabilitation centres — just do not promise anyone an install this week.

Rates by seat, because this one costs us money to run: Care $49/yr and $6/mo pay you 50%; a work seat at $199 and organisation seats at $39 and $29 pay a 10% finder’s fee; the $22 seat (100+) and top-up packs pay nothing — those are a direct negotiation, not a click. The included AI allowance costs us up to $20 a year per person, and on the cheap seats a half-share would be more than the whole margin. Where the money is: one association at 25 seats beats twenty private buyers.

Whose lead — who gets paid

How you get paid

Straightforward and dispute-proof — here is the exact chain from your link to your money.

  1. 1Share your link. Any product page works — your code is baked into the URL.
  2. 2Someone clicks it. We record the visit on our own server as your potential client — you keep the credit even if they buy days later, and repeat visits from the same person count as one.
  3. 3They pay — by any method. The payment is tied to you by the email they check out with (or your code in the order note). Whichever processor we use, your attribution does not change.
  4. 4Only real money counts. A click alone is $0. The moment a payment actually clears, your commission shows up in the Qiksy dashboard.
  5. 5You get paid. Through the method in your profile, agreed at payout. Subscription products keep paying you on every renewal.
  6. 6Payout threshold — $50. Anything below it does not expire: it keeps adding up in your panel until the threshold is reached, so commission is not eaten by transfer fees. Every partner’s first payout is reviewed by hand — that is fairness to the people who play by the rules.

Nothing is owed until the customer has actually paid — that is what keeps the numbers you see honest and in your favour.

Who gets credited for a client

Two partners can send the same person a link. Here is exactly who is paid, written down so it never has to be argued.

  • The first visit wins. Whoever’s link brought the person first owns the sale — for 60 days from that visit.
  • A second link does not erase you — it queues. Every link the visitor arrives through is remembered, in the order they arrived.
  • If 60 days pass with no purchase, the next in the queue takes over — provided their own 60 days are still running.
  • Coming back through your link refreshes your 60 days. It does not move you up the queue: order is by first sight.
  • After the payment it is frozen onto the licence. Renewals keep paying the same partner, month after month.
The ladder — how much work a link did
4You registered the lead — you spoke to the person before they bought
3You brought them to the very product they ended up buying
2You brought them to a product or the catalogue — they bought something else
1You brought them to the site — the front page, Earn, Ops

Weight is read from the page the visitor actually landed on, never from what the link says. Sending someone to a product page cannot be faked without genuinely sending them there. And it never goes down: a later general link does not erase a product link you already earned.

A touch you lost still shows up in your panel — not «nothing found», but a row: your weight, the winning weight, how many rivals there were, and what to do next. We never show the other partner’s name or contact and never suggest you settle it between you: a rule you can negotiate stops being a rule. If you believe the client is yours, we arbitrate — we are the only side that sees both.

The honest caveat: the link lives in that person’s browser (localStorage). A different device, a private window, or a cleared browser starts the count over — which is why sending the link where they actually read it matters.
