Before </body> on your site. WordPress, Tilda, Shopify, Webflow or plain HTML — the bubble appears right away.
A visitor writes in the bubble on your site — the message lands in your own Telegram and you answer with a swipe-reply: text, photos, a PDF quote. No new dashboard to keep open, no “we’ll get back to you within 48 hours”. Anonymous for visitors, effortless for you.
A single <script> tag on any site — Tilda, WordPress, custom. Visitors need no accounts.
Messages, leads with budget & contact, files — each visitor tagged with their own #CODE.
Reply in Telegram — the answer lands back in the visitor's widget instantly. Unread? They see a badge.
Not "leave a request and wait" — a live conversation. History survives reloads; replies arrive even after the visitor left the page.
Visitor sends a sketch or screenshot; you reply with a PDF quote or a photo. PNG, JPEG, WebP, PDF up to 10 MB.
Theme, accent color, greeting, menu, your logo — plus a Telegram connect wizard: paste a bot token, three clicks, done.
Messages go straight to your own Telegram — never a shared third-party inbox. Isolated per-tenant edge storage; honeypot + timing gate + rate limits kill the bots.
The visitor writes in the widget, the message lands in your Telegram, you swipe-reply — and the answer appears right back in the widget. Text, photos, PDF quotes. Included in every plan.
The widget shows a “Message on WhatsApp” button. It captures the lead first — name and question, so nothing is lost — then opens WhatsApp with the context already typed. Included in every plan.
Requests and subscriptions can also land in your inbox — handy as a backup, or for a shared team address.
WhatsApp, unlike Telegram, doesn’t let you simply connect a bot. A genuine two-way integration needs the WhatsApp Business Cloud API from Meta: business verification, Tech Provider status, and a fee to Meta for every 24-hour conversation. For a small business that is expensive and heavy — so in the standard product WhatsApp works as click-to-chat: free, instant, with any number of yours, and the lead is captured before the hand-off.
Need the native two-way WhatsApp integration anyway? It is possible — as a separate turnkey project: we set up the Meta API for you.
The visitor picks “Video call” and leaves a contact — a private video room opens instantly, and its link lands in your Telegram. No accounts, no installs, works in the browser.
A mic button in the message box — the visitor dictates instead of typing. Built into the browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari), free; where it’s unsupported the button simply hides.
One attribute — data-qiksy-ask — turns any button on your site (“Order an audit”, “Choose plan”) into a lead. No form: the widget asks only for a contact, while what the visitor wanted, the page and the context attach themselves. For computed context (a calculator, a chosen plan) there’s __qiksyAssist.ask().
Support lives where you already are. Your phone is the helpdesk — reply from the couch, the car, the workshop.
Telegram's Bot API is free and instant — no per-seat licenses, no WhatsApp verification queues, no monthly per-channel fees.
Connect the bot from the admin panel in three clicks; every visitor is tagged with a #CODE, so replies never miss.
Chat & leads are free forever — with a small “⚡ Qiksy Assist” badge. New assistants get 14 days of premium (WhatsApp, video, voice) on the house, then keep chat forever. No card to start.
First 10 customers: a year of Start for $49 instead of $96 — same everything, early-believer price.

One tap on the link in your panel. Visitors never see your Telegram, and never need one themselves.
The normal Telegram gesture. Your answer is in the visitor’s chat within seconds — text, photos or a PDF quote.
