What's inside
Real two-way chat
Not "leave a request and wait" — a live conversation. History survives reloads; replies arrive even after the visitor left the page.
Files both ways

Why is WhatsApp a button, and not two-way like Telegram?
WhatsApp, unlike Telegram, doesn’t let you simply connect a bot. A genuine two-way integration needs the WhatsApp Business Cloud API from Meta: business verification, Tech Provider status, and a fee to Meta for every 24-hour conversation. For a small business that is expensive and heavy — so in the standard product WhatsApp works as click-to-chat: free, instant, with any number of yours, and the lead is captured before the hand-off.
Need the native two-way WhatsApp integration anyway? It is possible — as a separate turnkey project: we set up the Meta API for you.
More than a chat bubble
Video call — right from the menu
The visitor picks “Video call” and leaves a contact — a private video room opens instantly, and its link lands in your Telegram. No accounts, no installs, works in the browser.
Voice input
A mic button in the message box — the visitor dictates instead of typing. Built into the browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari), free; where it’s unsupported the button simply hides.
Any button becomes a lead
One attribute — data-qiksy-ask — turns any button on your site (“Order an audit”, “Choose plan”) into a lead. No form: the widget asks only for a contact, while what the visitor wanted, the page and the context attach themselves. For computed context (a calculator, a chosen plan) there’s __qiksyAssist.ask().
