For your first purchase of any Qiksy product — a Qiksy QA Copilot Pro licence, a Qiksy Assist Start / Pro / Founding plan, or a licence key for Qiksy Offer, Qiksy Travel Assistant, Qiksy Bench or Qiksy Legato — you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason.

The Legato top-up packs — extra image descriptions or extra pages in plain words — are bought by the piece rather than by a term. If you ask for one back, we refund it and take back the pieces you have not used; anything you already used is not charged for or chased, and your Care licence keeps every day of the term you paid for, because the pack never added any.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout (or include your order/receipt number or licence/tenant key), or
or reply to the purchase email — outside Ukraine it comes from Freemius, who handled the payment, and either way it carries the order reference we need.

Refunds are always issued to the original card — that is a rule of the card networks, we cannot send the money anywhere else. You get a confirmation email the moment the refund is issued, and you never have to explain why you asked.

How long it takes depends on who took the payment.

In Ukraine, where we charge you directly through our acquiring bank plata by mono (monobank), the reversal is usually visible the same day — and within 1–3 business days if your card was issued by another bank.
Everywhere else, where Freemius is the merchant of record, expect 3–10 business days. We issue the refund within one working day of your email; the rest of that time is the card networks and your own bank, and neither of them tells us when it will land.

Two things surprise people, so they are worth saying plainly: the original charge stays on your statement — a refund arrives as a separate incoming line, not as the old one disappearing; and if you were charged in a currency other than the one your card is held in, the amount that comes back is converted at the rate on the day it is returned, so it can differ slightly from what you paid.

If you could not open what you downloaded

Qiksy Legato is a browser you download and install on your own computer — it is not a website we run for you. That means the purchase can be perfectly fine while the installation is not: macOS can refuse to open an application that is not yet notarised by Apple, Windows SmartScreen can block the installer, and a machine can simply be older than the build supports.

If you cannot get Legato to start, you are not expected to keep the purchase. Write to [email protected] and tell us what the computer said — a photograph or a description of the message is enough, and somebody may write on your behalf. Either we get it running with you at no charge, or we refund you in full, and the 30-day window does not count the days you spent waiting for our reply.

Renewals

A subscription renews until you stop it, and stopping takes one press. Where a plan is sold as a subscription — Qiksy Legato outside Ukraine — the card is charged again at the end of each term, and we email you before every renewal. You can stop it at any time from the settings inside the product or from your purchase email; the term you already paid for runs to its end, and nothing is charged after that.

Where a plan is sold as a single fixed term instead, nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel: when the term ends the licence simply stops working and you decide whether to buy another one. For Qiksy Legato, “the licence stops” means the paid AI features stop: the browser itself keeps working, keeps repairing pages without the AI, and never expires.

The guarantee covers a first purchase, not renewals — it exists so you can try the product, and once is what trying takes. A renewal is refunded on different terms: if a renewal charge caught you by surprise, write within 7 days of it and you get it back in full, and we stop the subscription at the same time. That is deliberately generous, because a charge nobody meant to make is our problem to fix and not yours to argue about.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can try Qiksy risk-free, so it applies once per product, per person. Buying the same product again after a refunded purchase is welcome, but it is no longer a first purchase and is not covered — and we may decline repeated claims that indicate abuse. Statutory consumer rights in your country are never affected by this policy.
