A shop assistant
that costs cents.
It answers the easy questions in your own words, around the clock: opening hours, prices, where you are. Anything about money or a complaint it hands straight to you, in your own Telegram, where you reply with a swipe. You bring your own AI key and pay the provider directly: a hundred answers a day is about a dollar a month. Everyone else sells those same answers at 65 cents apiece.
The assistant that answers for you
You tell it about your business the way you would tell a new hire: hours, address, prices, the five questions you get every day. Nothing to configure, nothing technical to learn, no wording to get right. It answers from that and from nothing else.
Your key, your cents
You get a free key from Google or OpenAI in two minutes and paste it here. The provider bills you directly: about two hundredths of a cent an answer. We take nothing per answer, because we pay nothing.
It cannot invent a price
Any figure that is not in your own price list gets the answer thrown away before the visitor sees it. An invented price is the one mistake a shop pays for in real money.
Money and complaints go to you
Refunds, discounts, complaints and “let me talk to a person” never reach the model at all. They arrive in your Telegram, where a human belongs.
Drafts first, if you like
For the first week it writes the answer and sends it to you. You read it, and send it with a swipe if it is right. Nobody speaks in your name until you have seen how it speaks.
It reads your site for you
Paste your address and it takes the hours, the address and the menu off your own pages. Or photograph the price list on the wall. You check what it found and save.
You correct it in one field
Did not like an answer? Press “correct it” right there in the conversation and write what it should have said. That pair becomes knowledge, and the next visitor gets your words.

Real two-way chat
Not "leave a request and wait", but a live conversation. History survives reloads; replies arrive even after the visitor left the page.

Why is WhatsApp a button, and not two-way like Telegram?
WhatsApp, unlike Telegram, doesn’t let you simply connect a bot. A genuine two-way integration needs the WhatsApp Business Cloud API from Meta: business verification, Tech Provider status, and a fee to Meta for every 24-hour conversation. For a small business that is expensive and heavy, so in the standard product WhatsApp works as click-to-chat: free, instant, with any number of yours, and the lead is captured before the hand-off.
Need the native two-way WhatsApp integration anyway? It is possible as a separate turnkey project: we set up the Meta API for you.
More than a chat bubble
Video call · right from the menu
The visitor picks “Video call” and leaves a contact, and a private video room opens instantly, and its link lands in your Telegram. No accounts, no installs, works in the browser.
Voice input
A mic button in the message box: the visitor dictates instead of typing. Built into the browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari), free; where it’s unsupported the button simply hides.
Any button becomes a lead
One attribute, data-qiksy-ask, turns any button on your site (“Order an audit”, “Choose plan”) into a lead. No form: the widget asks only for a contact, while what the visitor wanted, the page and the context attach themselves. For computed context (a calculator, a chosen plan) there’s __qiksyAssist.ask().
