“When were you born?” — not “Date of birth (DD.MM.YYYY)”. Answer however you like. Ask what something means and you get a plain answer, not the official wording again.

It fills the fields

Including the required ones that are easy to miss, and the ones that only appear after an earlier answer.

You check, and you send
